And they just keep coming...

Saturday, August 25, 2007
It's amazing to me how tiny little vegetable plants can grow so many vegetables! I have been having a lot of fun harvesting and eating my veggies this summer. I pick everything that is ripe, only to find a whole new crop a few days later. I think I literally have about a hundred roma tomatoes still ripening on the plants - they are outta control! I can't wait, though - I have grand plans to make loads of salsa! We'll see if I get that motivated! Anyway, just thought I'd share this morning's abundance - roma tomatoes, grape tomatoes, hot chili peppers, green peppers, onions, and zucchini!

So impressed with your garden, Kim. Impressed because one year I grew a garden and it was a lot of work. Since then we've been summer hopping. I'm hopping to bottle peaches and pears for me first time this year. Utah fruit is unbeatable, so will see how my unsupervised attempt goes. Happy Harvesting!

Way to go Kim! Our's started out great but unfortunately our beans died and our pumpkins and watermelon seem to be stunted. They won't grow no matter how we coax them! Oh well- we do have cherry tomotoes coming out our ears!

I'm so jealous! Those look incredible. It would be so nice to be able to grow our own veggies instead of having to pay 5 bucks for a tomato! Some day...
