Time Out for Women

Today I have been strengthened and uplifted. I attended an annual event sponsored by Deseret Book called Time Out for Women. The program was packed with magnificent speakers and touching musical numbers that reminded me of the importance of my role as a woman and of the significance of Christ in my life. I laughed and even cried a little as the messages were shared. And if the messages and music weren't enough, I ran into several high school friends - what a treat! It was a beautiful day!

sounds like a fun little retreat. fun to see these high school friends too! i wish we had TOFW on the east coast.
I have never "Taken the Time" to enjoy "Time Out for Women". After your testimonial, I will try hard to remember next year! I am glad you had such a wonderful day. You deserve it.
