Need a workout idea but don't have a gym membership or any workout equipment? Here's a workout we did last Saturday... you can do it in the comfort of your own home. Be warned: it isn't as easy as it looks!
Alternate between the two exercises. Do each exercise for four minutes, then three minutes, then two minutes then one minute (i.e. four minutes of jumping jacks, four minutes of shoulder circles, three minutes of jumping jacks, three minutes of shoulder circles, etc). Then proceed to the next set of exercises and repeat alternating exercises for 4-3-2-1- minutes:

Jumping Jacks
Shoulder Circles (forward for the first half, backward for the second half)
****************************************************
Pulsing Squats
Crunches
****************************************************
Planks
Mountain Climbers
****************************************************
You will end up doing each exercise for 10 minutes each, for a total of a 60 minute workout.
